Thank you for your interest in the STEM Minds Membership Access program. Please read this page in its entirety in order to learn more about the terms and conditions associated with this program.
1. Included in the STEM Minds Membership Access
Included in the price of purchase are the following benefits to the member:
- $25 off every program and camp registration (can be combined with other coupon codes, flash sales, and early bird pricing!) (see Section 2 for product limitations)
- $20% off birthday parties
- A guaranteed spot in all free/community events
- Early access to all new programs, events, and learning opportunities
The benefits program may be subject to change with notice to the client.
2. Product Limitations of the STEM Minds Membership Access
STEM Minds Membership Access applies only to in-house programming and camps in the Aurora and Markham locations.
Membership discounts can not be applied to any STEM Minds In-School programs, virtual programs, or online courses.
Membership discounts can not be applied to previous purchases.
We are unfortunately unable to provide price adjustments if you forget to use your membership code during the checkout process.
3. Use Limitations of the STEM Minds Membership Access
The STEM Minds Membership Access program is intended for use by the client and up to three (3) dependent children in their family. The membership discount code is not intended to be shared publically. Any orders submitted listing names other than the maximum three (3) children included in the sign-up process for the initial membership may be cancelled without notice to the client.
Clients interested in taking advantage of their guaranteed spot in our free/community events must still complete the regular registration process, if applicable, for that event in order to ensure your spot will be held.
4. Processing
Upon purchase of your STEM Minds Membership Access, please allow up to 24 hours for our team to process your request and respond to you with your custom coupon code for future use. Your membership access will expire one year (365 days) after the date of purchase. Your membership access will be tied to the email provided upon sign up; all future orders must be placed using that email address in order for the coupon code to apply.
5. Payment & Cancellation
Purchase of the STEM Minds Membership Access is non-refundable. No refunds, store credits, or transfers are permitted. No exceptions will be permitted.
