Storytelling with Minecraft™️

Kids already love Minecraft™, so let’s take their learning to the next level! In this course, you’ll learn:

• Basic Minecraft controls and commands
• How to create and build your own world in Minecraft
• Key storytelling elements for game design like narration and dialogue
• How to use Redstone, NPCs, and other objects to turn your world into a playable adventure

By the end of the course, you’ll have a fully playable Minecraft adventure map that you can explore and share with friends!

Technology Requirements:

• Access to a laptop/computer. An iPad/tablet will not be sufficient for this course.
• You will be required to download Minecraft™ Education Edition OR Minecraft™ Java Edition. Minecraft™ accounts must be purchased separately through Microsoft.
