All participants are responsible for ensuring that their Zoom display name matches EITHER the child’s name or the parent/guardian’s name. Participants whose Zoom names do not match our registration list will not be permitted to join the session.

Registration for this event closes at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 2. You will be sent an email for each session you have registered for by 3:00 pm that same day.

Please add info@stemminds.com to your approved senders list in order to ensure you receive all email communications. 

You are responsible for reviewing the onboarding email in detail and being prepared with all materials before the session start time. The sessions begin promptly at the listed start time. Due to time constraints, no students will be admitted to the session 10 minutes after the session start time.

For ages 4-7, all children must be supervised by a parent/guardian for the duration of the session. For all sessions that involve the use of an app (e.g. coding, video game design, etc), you will need 2 devices in order to join the session; 1 device of any kind to view the instructor on and 1 tablet to use the app on. You will need to download the app prior to the start of the session.
